
Richard Munday joins the firm to represent clients in appellate and civil litigation.
Richard brings a wealth of experience from his years of practice in the Triad. Prior to
joining the firm, Richard worked for a statewide litigation firm litigating cases in about
fifty of North Carolina’s 100 counties. He has handled cases for his clients at every level
of the North Carolina court system, from small claims court all the way up to arguing
before the North Carolina Supreme Court.
In addition to being a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Richard is also admitted
to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the United States District Courts for
the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Richard served as a United States Marine from 2001-2005.
Following his service in the Marine Corps, he earned his Bachelors in History from the
University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his law degree from Elon University
School of Law. In his off time, Richard loves to travel and spending his time outdoors
with his dog Delilah.
