Nicholas Presentato joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2024. A Massachusetts native, Nick earned his bachelor’s degree in political science at Stonehill College before attending the Wake Forest University School of Law. He enjoyed his time here so much, he chose to make North Carolina his home.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked as an attorney with two other firms in the Triad area. His practice areas focus on family law (including divorce, custody, child support, equitable distribution, and prenuptial agreements), business and corporate law, and general civil litigation.
Nick lives in Forsyth County with his wife, Molly. Nick is a Boston Red Sox fan and baseball card collector. He enjoys reading, movies, football, and following the Wake Forest University sports teams.
