Lexington, NC – Brinkley Walser, PLLC, is joining with Davidson County Community College (DCCC) and area Chambers of Commerce to support “Celebrating Small Business Month.” The firm is hosting the Ask-a-Lawyer event Thursday, May 22 where attorneys will offer 15-minute free appointments to answer business questions.
The Ask-a-Lawyer event will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Brinkley Walser offices located at 10 LSB Plaza in Lexington. Free 15-minute appointments are available and may be made by calling DCCC Small Business Center at (336) 224-4557. Brinkley Walser attorneys David Inabinett, Bradley Hunt, Ryan McNeill and E. Drew Nelson will be participating.
“Small businesses are so important to our communities,” says David Inabinett, managing member of Brinkley Walser. “I often hear of folks who may be interested in starting their own business or may have a small business and have questions about employment law, contracts, collections or other business issues. In many cases, these individuals have hesitated to go to an attorney for advice because they weren’t sure how much it would cost or maybe weren’t sure how to choose a law firm. This event will allow many individuals to get their business law questions answered for free.” In addition to the Ask-a-Lawyer event, Brinkley Walser is also providing breakfast and snacks at the Small Business Summit: Innovation in Business on May 21 at the DCCC Rittling Conference Center.
