Greensboro, NC – Brinkley Walser, PLLC managing member David Inabinett will be presenting a free elder care toolbox session on end-of-life planning at the Women’s Resource Center of Greensboro on April 29 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon. He will offer tips for having an open and honest family dialogue about end-of-life wishes that can make the transition much easier for all concerned.
“So many of us put off discussing end-of-life issues until there is a crisis,” says Inabinett. “It is easier on everyone involved if the planning is done before a crisis decision must be made. Even if you don’t have assets, it’s still important to have a Will, Health Care Power of Attorney and other legal paperwork in place to ensure your wishes are met.” Inabinett has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and received an AV™ Preeminent Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. He has published numerous articles on elder law and estate planning topics and frequently speaks to groups in Guilford, Davidson and surrounding counties.
The Women’s Resource Center is located at 628 Summit Avenue in Greensboro. The session is open to all women 18 years of age and older. Topics to be discussed include: Wills, Power of Attorney, HIPPA Releases, Living Trusts, Asset Management, Probate Avoidance, Medicaid Spend Down, Asset Protection, and much more. To register for this free session, please call (336) 275-6090.
