Project Potential of Lexington funds scholarships for deserving youth

Lexington, NCProject Potential of Lexington’s annual fundraiser, Dancing (and More) with the Potential Stars, is coming up on January 31, 2016. Brinkley Walser Stoner is proud to once again be a sponsor of this worthy event.

“There are so many young people in our community that have great potential but need a little support,” says David Inabinett, Managing Member of Brinkley Walser Stoner. “Project Potential helps provide the support and guidance to enable these students to grow. By participating in the program, the students have the opportunity to earn scholarships to college to allow them to fulfill that potential. This is a fun event for a great cause. We encourage everyone to attend or vote online for their favorite artist(s).” Project Potential selects deserving at-risk students from nominated eighth graders each year and supports these students throughout high school. They have funded more than 500 scholarships for area students since 1996.

Dancing (and More) with the Potential Stars is coordinated by Project Potential of Lexington, NC. Individuals and teams will compete on Sunday, January 31, 2016 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Edward C. Smith Center. This year’s contestants include:
