“The Guard and Reserve are important to our national security,” says David Inabinett, Managing Member of Brinkley Walser Stoner. “The men and women who serve our country should have the support of their managers and coworkers.” The award was presented by Thomas C. McDonald is an attorney with Brinkley Walser Stoner and U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate with the 134th Legal Operations Detachment at Fort Bragg, NC.

“David is a true patriot,” says McDonald, “and I am grateful that he and my co-workers support my military service. I encourage all employers to become familiar with the Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and sign the ESGR Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve.” More information on the Statement of Support can be found at www.esgr.mil/Employers/Statement-of-Support.aspx.
