Brinkley Walser Stoner, PLLC, is pleased to announce that Richard Munday has joined the team where he will represent clients in appellate matters and civil litigation.
Richard brings extensive civil litigation experience from his years of practice across the Triad and throughout North Carolina,” said David Inabinett, Managing Member of the firm. “His strong litigation and appellate experience will not only help the firm’s clients but also provide co-counsel support to area law firms that need assistance handling appeals. We’re proud to have Richard on board.” Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a statewide litigation firm, handling cases in approximately fifty of North Carolina’s 100 counties. Over the course of his career, Richard has represented clients at every level of the North Carolina court system, from small claims court to arguments before the North Carolina Supreme Court.
Richard is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and is admitted to practice before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina.
Before entering the legal profession, Richard served in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005. Following his military service, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law.
